How do you walk from Hudson Square to the store?
Go north on Greenwich Street or Washington Street, cross Houston Street, and continue past Clarkson and Barrow until you reach Christopher Street. Turn west and the store is on West Street at the corner of the block. The river route works too: enter Hudson River Park near Pier 40 at Houston Street and walk north to Christopher Street Pier.
Pier 40's ballfields are a useful landmark; from there it is about seven minutes north on the park path.
Is it a good lunch-break or after-work stop?
Yes. The store opens at 9am every day and stays open until 10pm on weeknights, so it fits around an office day in the Hudson Square towers. Order on the West Village menu before you leave your desk and it will be ready when you get there.
