How do you cross from the pier to the store?

Walk off the pier toward the city and cross the Greenway bike path carefully; cyclists move fast here. Use the traffic light at Christopher Street to cross West Street. The store is on the block between Christopher and West 10th, right in front of you.

Can you use cannabis on the pier?
